Refund Policy

The SLVR Lab aims to provide high-quality learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
Instructor-Led Classes (On-Site or Online)
- Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the class start date.
- Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is requested 3–6 days before the class.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start or for no-shows.
Self-Paced Online Courses
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refunds once substantial course access has occurred.
Class Cancellations by The SLVR Lab
If a class is canceled by us, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to a future session

Please include your name, course name, and reason for the request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
